Stephanie & Christian’s romantic vintage wedding outside of Tahoe, California at a private chalet in the woods was the most magical day. Every single detail was carefully thought out and full of so much sentiment. Stephanie’s dress encompassed the most stunning vintage vibes along with all of Christian’s details including “Till Death” written on the back of his suit collar. They used it throughout the day as a huge statement piece on Stephanie’s veil and their cake as well. Further encompassing the romantic feeling of the day was the reception tent lit only by hundreds of candles lining each table plus the candelabras. They even had the most incredible live wedding painter flown in to do a live painting that was revealed to them at the end of the night!

The sweet moments with their 5 year old son, Elias, such as Christian and Elias getting ready together and Stephanie having a first look with him were some of my top favorite moments. I cannot say enough incredible things about these two, their love for each other, plus their friends and family, and how they were genuinely invested in each and every moment. That is the key to photos being the absolute best they can be and it was an honor to have documented it all alongside Byford Films.
